Transformational leaders develop and personify the nine PVC3 traits in themselves AND IMPORTANTLY they also systematically develop them in their people.
PRESENCE
Mindful Presence is shown to be foundational and necessary to leadership, emotional intelligence, peak performance and charisma; as well as to optimal mental and physical health. Mindful presence will be a central tenet and tool of all of our work together.
PASSION FOR A PURPOSE
A Passion for a higher Purpose is the primary and most potent driver of all exceptional human effort, perseverance and success. As a leader, you must embody, inspire and motivate a compelling higher Purpose.
PERSONAL POWER
With the confidence, mindset and actuality of personal agency, you and your people can achieve great things. Without it, you won’t believe in or even risk shooting for great.
VISION
In every intention, word and action, you must articulate and embody your Values and your higher Purpose. Your Vision is how you see, hear and feel, then communicate and epitomize, your Values and Purpose. Like a powerful movie/film, your Vision must paint a vivid story to your world; a story that excites and compels your audience into becoming active players in your Vision.
VALUES to VIRTUES
As a leader, you must identify, personify and institutionalize your top-few Values (both your personal Values and your Team Values). This is crucial, because your Values either facilitate you actualizing your Purpose, or they hinder, or even prevent, you from success. What’s more, you must not just aspire to live your Values. You must habitually “walk your talk” and personify your Values as actualized Virtues (Values put into habitual practice).
VELOCITY
Creating lasting change requires you to develop and structure new systems into your daily life and organizational culture that facilitate, direct and institutionalize the mindset, behaviors, habits and skills that propel you to success. Otherwise, you will naturally default to historical habits. Many of which do not serve your higher Purpose.
VISION

Then, as a leader, you must recognize that you are always communicating to your team. Even when you’re silent. Often times, especially when you’re silent.
People are always reading you.
You must be mindful to develop and constantly embody productive and effective communication of your shared Purpose, Values and Caring.
Otherwise, your people will make up their own “stories” of who you are and what you intend. And, given the brains’ overwhelmingly “negative and survival-seeking” nature, those stories probably won’t be in your individual or collective best interest.
CULTIVATE
As a leader, you must habitually Cultivate yourself AND your people. Every situation, every day must be treated as a growth and/or support opportunity. Managed with authentic Passion, Purpose and Caring.
LIVE TRAINING
Training takes place at your facilities or any third-party venue you engage. The seminar covers one and a half days. Or the training can take place virtually, in 2-hour tranches over virtually any number of successive days or weeks, subject to Chris’ schedule.
